What is the minimum age for children to take them on the scooter or motorcycle?
– Children up to 3 years old: They are not yet allowed to ride along, a little patience is required.
– Children between 3 and 8 years old: May sit on the back of a moped class A and B if they are secured in a suitable child seat, it is mandatory to wear a helmet and protective clothing.
– Children from 8 years old: Can ride on the back of a scooter or motorcycle of more than 125cc, it is mandatory to wear a helmet and protective clothing. A child seat is no longer necessary.
